PLEASE READ THIS USEFUL GUIDE BEFORE ATTENDING EVENT!
You have received a VIP ticket with a QR code. To enter the event area / stage, you need to visit the ticket exchange point to receive a wristband after scanning your ticket.

You can only scan your ticket once and receive one wristband. The wristband must be worn on the visitor's wrist and must remain on the visitor's wrist for the duration of the event.
The wristband is accompanied by a chip which you will be required to scan each time you arrive as well as when you leave the VIP guest area.
It is forbidden to transfer the wristband to other persons.
The Organiser will not be responsible for and will not provide access to the VIP area if the wristband and/or chip is damaged, or if the ticket or wristband chip has already been used by scanning.
Free admission for children aged 0-10 years if:
• A free VIP children's ticket has been acquired (www.bilesuparadize.lv) - one VIP children's ticket can be acquired per one VIP guest ticket
• The child has with him/her and can present a proof of identity/age.
VIP Junior ticket is required for young people aged 11 to 17 years (inclusive).
The VIP ticket for a specific day allows access to all stages on that day.
The VIP ticket does not include a car pass, which must be purchased separately for each race day.

During the event, the most operative information channel about the events on the special stages, traffic jams and other informative news is the official rally radio - Kurzemes Radio.
By being present on the event venue, the visitor agrees that he/she may be filmed and/or photographed during the competition and the image or video footage may be used for commercial purposes, including advertising, without remuneration or copyright.The event will be filmed and photographed. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the competition, the visitor is warned and agrees to the unrestricted use of his/her appearance, image, voice, name and likeness for publication in the media, including social networks, including for commercial purposes.
Motorsport can be dangerous! Despite the Organiser taking all possible safety and precautionary measures, unpredictable accidents can happen in motorsport. Visitors are entirely responsible for themselves and must judge whether their safety is at risk at the competition venue.
The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the VIP programme.

VIP Bikernieki track
Thursday, 18 July
SSS1 Bikernieki track
Stage length: 10.80 km
The first rally car: at 20.05

VIP Parking: Parking lot on the right side of the main entrance to the Bikernieki track

Activities and events are planned in Bikernieki track before the start of the stage –please stay tuned for the latest information and plan your arrival well in advance.
The CSDD Bikernieki track is a unique motor sport racetrack, as it is located in the capital of Latvia - Riga, only a few minutes’ drive from the city centre. Since its opening in the 1960s, the track has hosted both local and international competitions, but this year it will also be the venue for a round of the FIA World Rally Championship!The Bikernieki track is one of the most technical stages of the rally, and is built using the legendary 'Elbow' bend, the 'Witch's Kettle, as well as sections of the rallycross track that hosted World RX events just a few years ago with legendary and well-known rally drivers like Peter Solberg, Ken Brooks, Ole Christian Veiby and... Sebastian Loeb himself has tasted victory on the Bikernieki asphalt finish line!
Participants will complete several laps of the Bikernieki track, providing spectators with a constant entertainment show throughout the evening, at a very clear and close distance!
The VIP area of the Bikernieki track is located in Grandstand A, in the first part of the stage, just a short distance from the start line of the first WRC stage in Latvia! From the grandstand you will be able to see the powerful start, as well as several sections of the track where the crews will have to show their skills in agility on the karting track, as well as in the rallycross section, which includes jumps.Guests will have a separate entrance, a seat in the grandstand, a catering area with a wide selection of food, an open bar with light alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as a commercial bar. The VIP area will have screens where you can follow the rally live, a moderator will inform and entertain you about what's happening on and around the rally, and there will be a kids’ zone for younger rally fans.There will be a fan zone at the main entrance with activities from partners as well as retail outlets. VIP guests are also allowed to visit other viewpoints on the Bikernieki track during the event.
VIP Talsi

Please note that the street where the VIP area is located will be closed and close access by car will not be possible, so please use the car park.
Tet Rally Latvia would be unthinkable without the Talsi City stage! The Talsi City stage, which will take place in the heart of Talsi, next to Lake Talsi, has historically been on asphalt cover, but during the WRC it will be interspersed with a gravel continuation.
The VIP area will be located at the Talsu Tautas nams, close to the start of the stage, where spectators will have the opportunity to see the WRC cars take the traditional central-return bend of the Talsi stage, before the drivers show off their skills by performing dynamic manoeuvres and going around obstacles. The stage will run once.
Guests will have a separate entrance, a catering area with a wide selection of food, an open bar with light alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as a commercial bar. The VIP area will be open for live rally coverage, and there will be a kids’ zone for young rally fans.
VIP Liepāja

SS16 Liepaja City Stage

As the Windy City of Liepaja has deep and strong roots in rally history, it will certainly not be without a WRC event visiting the streets of this rally city! The Liepaja City Stage will take place once, offering spectators the chance to watch the powerful WRC Rally1 hybrid cars and other WRC competitors in Liepaja's urban environment, just a stone's throw from the beach.The VIP area will be located close to the start of the stage, at the roundabout/rotation circle, where participants will entertain spectators, showing off their skills by driving around the circle in powerful sideslides that look as impressive as the show elements! Spectators will be able to watch the skills and manoeuvres of the rally crews in the rotation circle twice.Guests will have a separate entrance, a catering area with a wide selection of dishes, an open bar with light alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as a commercial bar.From the VIP area you will be able to watch the big screen, which will broadcast live during the entire stage, as well as enjoy the commentary of the rally moderator on what is happening on the rally route. There will also be a kids’ zone.
VIP Vecpils Power Stage

SS 20 Mazilmāja 2 (Wolf Power Stage)

Please note that a close approach to the viewpoint of the special stage is not possible for safety reasons. When using the designated parking area, please allow for the time required from the parking area to the VIP area.
The Vecpils Autocross track will offer spectators an unprecedented opportunity to experience a unique and action-packed rally adventure throughout the day – the stage will run twice in the track, with a re-group area located near the VIP area in between, where participants will gather after and before the stage. The second stage will be the Wolf Power Stage, the final and decisive stage of the day, where crews can score extra points.
The Vecpils track will not only see the stage battles, but also the finish of the WRC Latvia round, as well as the awards ceremony. The track will be clearly visible from the VIP area, and it is expected that competitors will perform jumps as well!Guests will have a separate entrance, a catering area with a wide selection of food, an open bar with light alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as a commercial bar.Guests in the VIP area will be able to see a screen where the entire stage will be broadcast live, as well as being entertained by the rally moderators! Little rally fans will have fun in the kids’ zone.
