Please, read these Terms of Use carefully before using this website operated by RA Events (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

The Rules determine the procedure by which RA Events provides the data processing, security and protection of participants (hereinafter collectively referred to as Participants) of Tet Rally Latvia (July 18-21, 2024) (hereinafter – the Event) in Latvia. At any time request the Controller information about the person specified in Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation.

To access the relevant data and receive the information specified in Article 15 of the General Data Protection Regulation by contacting the RA Events.

To request the Controller to correct, delete or limit personal data processing or to oppose such processing in accordance with Articles 17 and 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation.

The Participant may exercise its rights, including the right to object or to ask questions to the Controller in writing via the e-mail: info@raevents.lv.

If the personal data provided by the person changes, the person is entitled to request to correct (adjust) his/her personal data by contacting the Controller by e-mail: info@raevents.lv.

The data subject may in any case apply to the nearest data protection supervisory authority in accordance with the procedures it shall determine; The Latvian supervisory authority, the Data State Inspectorate, has provided information on how to apply when submitting an application on its home page, www.dvi.gov.lv.

If the processor involves other processors for processing of the personal data in the administrative organization of the event, the processor may transfer limited personal data to them. The processor gives the Controller access to personal data transferred to another processor.

If another processor is attracted, then the Processor ensures that this other processor will be required to comply with these rules.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all website visitors and anyone who files a registration or is Tet Rally Latvia attendee.

By accessing our website or filing a registration you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you shall not file registration form to Tet Rally Latvia.

With registration, the participant agrees to the usage of his data by the organisation committee.

Agreement can be revoked informally by writing an email to: info@raevents.lv.

We collect information about our event attendees responsibly, in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation.
