Ticket sales for Tet Rally Latvia start now
Ticket sales for the FIA World Rally Championship (WRC) Latvian round, Tet Rally Latvia, has begun at Biļešu Paradīze ticket sales locations and on their website. The historically first WRC stage in Latvia will take place from July 18 to 21, 2024, with special stages planned in Rīga, Tukums region, Talsi, Talsi region, Kuldīga region, Dienvidkurzeme region, and the rally city of Liepāja. In 2024, Latvia will become the 37th country to host a WRC round.
"As the rally will travel from Rīga through Kurzeme, all the way to the seaside and the windy city of Liepāja in the summer of 2024, one of the most spectacular sports events ever held in Latvia awaits us. Thanks to the four days of racing, Tet Rally Latvia will be the longest and the most extensive motorsport festivity ever to take place in our country! To make the event accessible to as many spectators as possible, we have set the initial ticket sales period, known as the pre-sale period, to be as long as possible – offering to attend the FIA World Rally Championship in Latvia at the lowest possible price. We invite spectators to take advantage of this opportunity to purchase tickets in advance, not only securing the opportunity to see the world's fastest rally crews at a favourable price, but also helping us to better understand and prepare for the admission of spectators at this geographically extensive and spectacular event!" encourages Tet Rally Latvia organizer and RA Events director Raimonds Strokšs.
The exact stage maps will be published a couple of weeks before Tet Rally Latvia, but as of now, the plan is for the first rally stage to take place on Thursday, July 18, at the Biķernieki track in the capital city of Rīga. On Friday, July 19, the stages will be held in Tukums region, Talsi, and Talsi region, while on Saturday, July 20, rally crews will continue their journey through Kuldīga region, Dienvidkurzeme region, and the rally city of Liepāja. The concluding special stages, and the decisive Power Stage, are all scheduled for Sunday, July 21, in the Dienvidkurzeme region. The rally's opening ceremony is planned for Thursday evening in Rīga, while the prize giving ceremony for the fastest crews on Sunday in Liepāja.
There are two types of entry tickets available for Tet Rally Latvia visitors: rally pass allows access to all rally special stages and events from Thursday to Sunday, while a single day ticket provides access to all special stages taking place on a specific competition day.
Entry tickets are available at a special price for juniors and Latvian pensioners. Reduced prices are also available for individuals with disabilities and their accompanying persons (companions). For safety reasons, persons with a wheelchair are allowed to attend the special stages only with a companion. Entrance for children up to the age of 10 (including) is free of charge.
Tet Rally Latvia entry tickets are available on the Biļešu Paradīze website, www.bilesuparadize.lv.
