Fan zones will be available in Tet Rally Latvia cities
In the host cities of the FIA World Rally Championship (WRC) round Tet Rally Latvia – Rīga, Tukums, Talsi, Kuldīga, and Liepāja – the event organizer RA Events, together with partner Red Bull, has gone great lengths to create special fan zones. During the Latvian round of the WRC, from July 18th to 21st, fans will be able to watch live broadcasts of all the special stages on large screens in every city Tet Rally Latvia runs through.
In the capital city of Rīga, the fan zone will be located at the very heart of Old-Town – Dome Square. In Tukums, it will be in the square next to the Synagogue, while in Talsi, fans can gather at the Talsi City Square to watch and support the rally crews together. Residents and guests of Kuldīga are invited to visit the fan zone at Town Hall Square, and in Liepāja, the fan zone will be located among the motorhomes of the World Rally Championship teams, allowing fans not only to watch the special stage broadcasts, but also to observe the mechanics at work and meet their favourite crews.
"We recognize that for various reasons, not everyone can attend the special stages in person. Therefore, we are truly pleased that together with Red Bull, we have found a solution to create special fan zones in all the rally host cities, where rally enthusiasts or passers-by over four days of the FIA World Rally Championship Latvian round Tet Rally Latvia will have a unique opportunity to spectate live broadcasts of all the special stages on a big screen," says Tet Rally Latvia director Raimonds Strokšs.
